In addition, a $50 family membership registration fee is paid in your statement of account. Your Family Membership fee, online contracts, and registration with aquinaslearning.com must be completed before you will be "opened" for class enrollment.

There will be required parent training over the summer. Dates will be posted soon, please watch for updates.

PRIMARY and SECONDARY ADULTS:
The PRIMARY ADULT is typically the adult who regularly attends center days with the children.
The SECONDARY ADULT is where a spouse or other adult associated with the family is placed.

CHILDREN FIELDS: Each child attending must be registered in the CHILDREN fields below. This includes babies and toddlers who will be in the building with you. Please list their grade level for 2026-2027.

RISK WAIVER AGREEMENT: We will not hold Aquinas Twin Cities or The Church of St. Bonaventure liable in any way, in the case of accident, injury or illness while I and/or our children are attending the center. We will assume full responsibility for any Accident/Medical Insurance needed for me and/or our children in the case of accidental injury, or the like, while I and/or our children are attending the center. We will not hold Aquinas Twin Cities or The Church of St. Bonaventure responsible in any manner.

PARENT COMPLIANCE WAIVER: We, the parents of the children enrolled on this application, are the primary educators of our children and recognize that Aquinas Learning at Aquinas Twin Cities located at The Church of St. Bonaventure is a mentoring service for our home school. Regardless of whether our child(ren) complete(s) the year, we will pay the full tuition amount due to Aquinas Twin Cities. We understand that once we enroll our child(ren) there are no refunds. We may use the Aquinas Learning program as our curriculum source but WILL NOT enroll our home school in partnership with Aquinas Learning or Aquinas Twin Cities on our state’s home school registration form.

PHOTO RELEASE: Photos and videos taken at Aquinas Twin Cities may be used for promotional materials or future website. The 2026-2027 Family Membership Fee must be paid before your website membership can be approved.
